What we do
We set the cloud adoption strategy and build the secure foundations every system lands on: identity, network, encryption, logging, policy and automated guardrails.
We assess each workload, decide whether to move it as-is or re-architect it, and migrate in waves sequenced by dependency and risk. Critical cutovers are rehearsed with rollback agreed before the window opens.
We support data-centre exit, hardware refresh, hosting modernisation and infrastructure redesign. The aim is to keep systems reliable while they change and make the estate easier to operate after migration.
We improve the release path through environment management, automation, deployment controls, monitoring and support handover. Delivery teams can move faster without weakening control.
We make infrastructure and cloud cost visible, owned and controlled. Costs are attributed to services, budgets are tracked against actual spend, and unused capacity is retired.
What to expect
A Principal leads from day one. The first weeks map workloads, dependencies, infrastructure constraints and cost baseline, then produce the landing-zone design and migration sequence.
Migration runs in waves, with rehearsed cutover and rollback for business-critical workloads. The engagement closes with the run team operating the environment, cost governance in place and foundations documented for the teams who inherit them.
