Where the platform decision is open, we run the evaluation. Once it is made, we plan the migration in stages the business can absorb: what moves first, what runs in parallel and what retires.
We configure the platform, migrate the data and run cutover across accounts, positions, client and member records, static data and controls. Migration is phased with reconciliation and parallel running so the business trusts the numbers from day one.
We build live-running disciplines into delivery: change control, separation of duties, automated testing, release process, monitoring and support readiness before go-live.

After go-live, we help run upgrade and release cycles: vendor version currency, regression testing, environment management, release governance and controlled change across live platforms.
